One of the following actions is performed on a file attached to the Announcement section of a portal.

• The file is downloaded
• The file is displayed in an image slide show

One of the following actions is performed on a file attached to a Rich text widget on an added portal:

• The file is downloaded
• An image file is retrieved from the server
  For example, when a portal with a Rich text widget is viewed, it is considered that an image file has been retrieved from the server.
